Our Team
Born and raised in Miami, Roxana Tejeda graduated from St. Thomas University’s Joint Degree program with her Juris Doctorate and M.S., and was admitted to practice law in Florida in 2011. She founded Tejeda Law Group in 2015.
Roxana has closed over $100 million in commercial and residential transactions. Prior to opening her own firm, Roxana worked with the Town of Miami Lakes in drafting their procurement contracts and Town resolutions. She is an alum of the prestigious Goldman Sachs 10,000 Businesses Program.
She is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and Florida Yacht Brokers Association.
Roxana actively participates with the Make-A-Wish Women’s Initiative, and the YWCA, an organization with the mission of eliminating racism and empowering women.
Gisela Casanova
Gisela Casanova has over thirty years of experience in the real estate industry. Her experience encompasses working as a title processor for residential real estate closings and preparing closing documents, including resolution of title issues.
Gisela enjoys interacting with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents in order to make the transaction and dream of homeownership as smooth as possible.
Francine Crespi
Francine Crespi joined the TLG team in May of 2019 as a part-time receptionist and now works in supporting areas of real estate and estate planning. Prior to joining Tejeda Law Group, she was completing her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Florida State University. Francine has extensive experience in business leadership, finance, operations, and communications.
Francine was born and raised in Miami Florida and currently resides in Miami Lakes. She continues her schooling at Florida International University and enjoys being near the ocean with a good cup of coffee in hand.
Elena Granderson
Elena Granderson is a paralegal at Tejeda Law Group, P.A. Elena has over 35 years of legal experience within the fields of Estate Planning and Real Estate Law. Elena earned her Paralegal Certificate from Nova Southeastern University. She manages all aspects of the firm’s law practices and assists in the preparation of the estate planning documents and she also handles commercial and residential real estate closings, including but not limited to the resolution of title issues, preparation of real estate conveyance documents and coordinating real estate closings.
Elena is originally from Belize, Central America, and is married with three beautiful children and two lovely granddaughters. Elena loves cooking and entertaining and when time allows, she loves to read and travel.
Marjorie Castillo
Marjorie Castillo started her career in the mortgage industry at the young age of 16 as a receptionist and worked her way to become a Loan Processor. She originally came into the title industry as a junior title processor 16 years ago. She has worked in pre and post-closing, and has comprehensive knowledge of the process. Marjorie is committed to providing homebuyers with a warm, friendly experience where they receive answers to all of their questions and feel comfortable knowing that they understand their transaction.
Marjorie is a lifelong Miami resident. She loves to read and enjoys being outdoors. She lives in Miami Lakes with her husband, 2 child
